Here you will find our current prices for renting our comfortable holiday accommodations in the popular Orihuela Costa region. Please see the separate tables for our bungalows in the Jumilla 3 complex and our townhouse in the Montilla 4 urbanisation.
BUNGALOWS IN JUMILLA 3 (TOURIST LICENSE AVAILABLE)
Our two well-maintained bungalows in the Jumilla 3 complex in Playa Flamenca can accommodate up to 4 people and are available for both short stays as tourist accommodations and longer seasonal rentals.
For stays of 1 to 10 days: Tourist Rental (Rental agreement in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024, of August 2 and Law 15/2018, of June 7, by the Consell GVA).
For stays of more than 10 days: Seasonal Rental (Rental agreement in accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).

13-1 days before arrival: EUR 250 – 300 charge

FURTHER INFORMATION
After your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of EUR 250 – 300 to be transferred to our account. Following this, you will receive a binding booking confirmation from us. The remaining balance should then be transferred to our account two weeks before the start of your trip.
The booked accommodation will be available to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We are happy to offer the possibility of an early check-in or an extended stay, subject to availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to make any changes.
TOWNHOUSE IN MONTILLA 4
Our newly acquired, comfortable townhouse in the Montilla 4 urbanisation is ideal for longer stays.
Bookable from 10 nights: Seasonal Rental (Rental agreement in accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).

Winter bookings are also possible at a price of EUR 1200 per month (plus utilities – EUR 100). If the actual utility costs are lower, we will refund the difference.
A security deposit of EUR 250 – 300 is payable upon key handover, for monthly stays deposit EUR 1000.
