The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm). Wonderful views of the garden and the pool await you. Moreover, a small private balcony with two chairs invites you to relax and enjoy a drink at the end of the day.

Bedroom for Children or Friends

One bedroom is ideal for children or friends, for it has two comfortable single beds (each 90 × 200 cm). Of course, there is ample storage space for your luggage, so everyone can enjoy their vacation organized and without worries.

MODERN AND FUNCTIONAL BATHROOM

On the ground floor, you will find a guest toilet. The upper floor offers a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet for your maximum comfort. Of course, we provide you with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and hand soap.

The popular Montilla 4 urbanization is situated on Calle Santa Alodia and Calle Niagara in Playa Flamenca, within a beautiful, well-maintained complex featuring two communal pools. The location couldn’t be better- the popular Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, with supermarkets like Lidl and a variety of restaurants (Gong, Rustica, Italian cuisine, etc.), is just a few minutes‘ walk away (approx. 2 minutes). The inviting Playa la Mosca and Playa Estaca beaches are also within a short stroll (approx. 10 minutes). The lively Saturday market and the well-known Zenia Boulevard shopping centre are also within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes)

ADDITIONAL COSTS

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations 13 to 1 day before arrival: fee of €500.

Winter bookings are also possible at a price of EUR 1100 per month (plus utilities – EUR 100). If the actual utility costs are lower, we will refund the difference.

Security deposit for monthly bookings: €1000, transfer on our account.

HOUSE RULES

  • Parties and loud music are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Pool use until 22:00

Special Regulation for Stays Over 10 Days:

For stays exceeding 10 days, the booking will be considered a seasonal rental. In this case, a separate seasonal rental agreement will be drawn up in accordance with Spanish Law (Ley 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

After submitting your booking request, you will receive an offer and a confirmation for your selected period. We will then kindly ask you to pay a deposit of €500 – €1000 to our bank account. Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be finalized and you will receive a binding booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be transferred to our account two weeks before the start of your holiday.
