The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm). Wonderful views of the garden and the pool await you. Moreover, a small private balcony with two chairs invites you to relax and enjoy a drink at the end of the day.

On the ground floor, you will find a guest toilet. The upper floor offers a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet for your maximum comfort. Of course, we provide you with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and hand soap.

The popular Montilla 4 urbanization is situated on Calle Santa Alodia and Calle Niagara in Playa Flamenca, within a beautiful, well-maintained complex featuring two communal pools. The location couldn’t be better- the popular Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, with supermarkets like Lidl and a variety of restaurants (Gong, Rustica, Italian cuisine, etc.), is just a few minutes‘ walk away (approx. 2 minutes). The inviting Playa la Mosca and Playa Estaca beaches are also within a short stroll (approx. 10 minutes). The lively Saturday market and the well-known Zenia Boulevard shopping centre are also within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes)

Our townhouse has a minimum stay requirement of 10 days.
Special Regulation for Stays Over 10 Days:
For stays exceeding 10 days, the booking will be considered a seasonal rental. In this case, a separate seasonal rental agreement will be drawn up in accordance with Spanish Law (Ley 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).

FURTHER INFORMATION
After your booking request, you will receive an offer and confirmation for your chosen period. We then kindly ask for a deposit of EUR 300 to be transferred to our account. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, and you will receive a binding booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival date and should be transferred to our account.
The booked bungalow will be available from 3 PM on your arrival day and should be vacated by 10 AM on your departure day. Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out times. Please contact us if you have a specific request.
