This cosy ground floor bungalow is located in the closed and quiet residential complex Jumilla III in Playa Flamenca. Furthermore, the complex offers you a large communal swimming pool and a beautiful garden. Accordingly, you can enjoy the mild climate of the Costa Blanca all year round. 

The ground floor bungalow has a spacious living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen as well as a terrace with a fantastic pool-garden view. In addition, up to four people can comfortably enjoy their holiday to the fullest in the 75 m² bungalow. 

Depending on the occasion, you can relax on the 2-1-1 seating area in the cosy living room or enjoy the varied TV programme. High-speed Wi-Fi with a 300 MB connection is available in all rooms.

Moreover, the two spacious bedrooms are designed for your utmost comfort, featuring a king-size bed and two single beds. You’ll find ample storage space for your holiday essentials. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the smaller bathroom boasts a bathtub and bidet. Bed linens, towels, and a hairdryer are also thoughtfully provided.

Furthermore, our fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the stovetop with an oven to the microwave and coffee maker, we’ve got everything you need to whip up a delectable meal for your loved ones.

You can control the room’s comfort temperature yourself, as all rooms are equipped with powerful air conditioning units.

There are also plenty of parking spaces available in the enclosed complex.

The minimum stay is 10 days.

In addition, a deposit ranging from 150,00 EUR to 250,00 EUR is required upon arrival. The exact amount depends on the time of booking.

Further Information 

After submitting your booking request, you will receive an offer and a confirmation for your selected period. Subsequently, we kindly request you to make a deposit of 250,00 EUR to our account. Once we receive the deposit, you will receive an official booking confirmation from us. The remaining balance should be transferred to our account two weeks before the start of your holiday

The reserved bungalow will be available for your use from 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like to access the bungalow earlier or extend your stay, please feel free to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to accommodate your request if possible.
