Our second bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with two single beds, each a generous 90 cm by 200 cm for a good night’s sleep. A large wardrobe provides ample space to unpack and feel settled. For added comfort during warmer days, the room is equipped with air conditioning.

Find your spacious sanctuary in the separate main bathroom. The second bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub for a soothing soak, along with a bidet for added comfort. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub. We also provide bed linens, fresh, fluffy towels, and a hairdryer for your for your use.

Parking & The Residential Jumilla III Complex

Enjoy the ease of readily available parking spaces within the secure, enclosed Residential Jumilla III complex. Furthermore, as a guest, you’ll have full access to the large, inviting communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off under the Spanish sun. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
13-1 days before arrival: EUR 250 – 300 charge

Further Information 

For stays of more than 10 days: Seasonal Rental (Rental agreement in accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).

For stays of 1 to 10 days: Tourist Rental (Rental agreement in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024, of August 2 and Law 15/2018, of June 7, by the Consell GVA).

After submitting your booking request, you will receive an offer and a confirmation for your selected period. Subsequently, we kindly request you to make a deposit of 250,00 EUR to our account. Once we receive the deposit, you will receive an official booking confirmation from us. The remaining balance should be transferred to our account two weeks before the start of your holiday

The reserved bungalow will be available for your use from 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like to access the bungalow earlier or extend your stay, please feel free to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to accommodate your request if possible.
